On the first visit to Empire State Hands-On Physical Therapy, a thorough discussion of symptoms, lifestyle and pertinent medical history will be followed by a detailed physical exam. 

Based on the patient's diagnosis, concerns and lifestyle, an appropriate treatment plan will be developed.

All treatments are one-on-one and given by a licensed, highly skilled physical therapist with over 30 years of experience.
